Hawkins and Clements has partnered with the Northern Territory Government on a variety projects over the past 35 years.
In recent years H&C has completed key projects for the Department of Attorney General and Justice including renovations to the Katherine and Darwin Courthouses, and construction of the Parade Covered Roof at the Holtze Correctional facility.
Our project management team has experience working within and alongside federal, local and regional government departments. This knowledge enables staff to tailor services to meet the specific demands of individual Government departments, providing high level reports at all stages.
Hawkins & Clements supports government initiatives including local development, indigenous engagement, and specialised training programs such as the Sentenced to a Job Program.
Engaged by the Dept of Corrections to supply and install structural steel and roofing over the parade ground at the Holtze Correctional Facility
Hawkins & Clements holds current Contractor Accreditation through CAL, and as such;
Commits themselves to work to the industry code of practice
Agrees to abide by government requirements in areas such as industrial relations, work health and training
Provides full and accurate information regarding their business structure, resources and past performance
Agrees to an assessment of their financial capability by an independent financial consultant
Agrees to CAL staff obtaining information regarding their business's activities from other parties
