Project Manager

Adam’s early career started in the Dept of Defence specifically in avionics, aviation medicine, and explosive ordinance disposal. It was through the Dept that Adam introduced to construction being tasked with the management and delivery of infrastructure projects to remote communities.

20 years on Adams resume includes a broad range of construction projects delivered across the public, private, commercial and government sectors. Key highlights include delivering a 3500 man camp to the Impex project, construction and installation of modular housing to the NTG Remote Housing program, and managing an extensive project portfolio for the Department of Attorney-General and Justice.

Adams draws on his experience and sound decision making ability to streamline operations, build capacity in the workforce, and ensure projects outcomes are being delivered.
